Fashion News.

H&M is one of New York's fastest growing fashion name and they come with the announcement that it will open its largest store in the world next year.
 The space, on Fifth Avenue at 48th Street, clocks in at 57,000-square feet with six levels of shopping.

The location brings things full circle for the brand, which first touched down stateside in 2000, just three blocks from the future location. 
Since then, the label has wasted no time blazing a path across the country. 
There are currently 247 U.S. outposts, and Manhattan will see its 12th store open in The Shops at Columbus Circle by the end of the year.

Aside from the gargantuan size, the new space will be different from others in the fact that it will offer all of H&M's collections, including lingerie, children's, maternity, and home.
 The Swedish retailer's former top spot was at The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas.

Campaign Ad.

Kristen Stewart is the new face for Balenciaga's new perfume Florabotanica.
The ad shows the  Twilight bombshell striking a fierce pose in a black and white striped top with tousled hair.
Pre-scandal, Balenciaga's head designer, Nicolas Ghesquière, said, "Kristen Stewart embodies the modernity of the new Balenciaga fragrance with her unique sensibility and intelligence...she shares the radical spirit of Balenciaga."

 Kirna Zabete is the place for emerging luxury designers, must-have handbags, and animal print everything.
They've paired with Target for a fall collection that ranges from $19.99 - $199.99. 
Included in the range: clothes, jewels, bags, and a rather genius play on leopard spots involving lipstick kisses and several yards of polyester.  
The line hits Target stores and on September 9.

Fame Perfume Trailer.

In the 34-second trailer, the pop star dons a series of bizarrely futuristic outfits, emerges from some kind of black goop, screams and gets scaled by dozens of tiny men. 
"The fragrance is called Fame," Gaga told Vogue's September issue.
 "It must be black. It must be enticing. You must want to lick and touch and feel it, but the look of it must terrify you."  
"[Blood and semen] is in the perfume, but it doesn't smell like it.
 You just get sort of the after feeling of sex from the semen, and the blood is sort of primal," she explained.
 "And the blood was taken from my own blood sample, so it's like a sense of having me on your skin."
Fame will hit shelves at Macy's Wednesday.

Lady Gaga leaks her new September 2012 Vogue cover.
"SHH DONT TELL TWITTER/ SEPT ISSUE OF VOGUE MAGAZINE/ Sorry Anna but the underground kids deserve it. bisous!" the pop star wrote alongside a sneak peak.
Yesterday Gaga informed her little monsters about her cover issue via Twitter.
"AHHH! The Vogue Express dropped off the SEPTEMBER ISSUE yesterday morning. IM A COVER GIRL, and ITS FAB! Can't wait to show u tonight!"
Wintour, Grace Coddington & Co. have the "Born This Way" artist squeezed into a fuchsia Marc Jacobs mermaid gown that nips and tucks here and balloons there. And this time, the hair of choice is a platinum afro.

Gisele Bundchen models for David Yurkman's Fall 2012 campaign ad.

Gisele is drenched in Yurman's luxurious jewels while being shot by Peter Lindbergh on the beaches of Malibu, California. 
She showcases an array of fall gems, including the Labyrinth line, which is the latest addition to the Silver Ice collection.
David Lipman, chief creative officer of Lipman Advertising, said in a press release, "We loved shooting in Malibu.
 The Yurmans lived here at one point and cherish coming back. 
  Gisele captures the moment in time for the brand. It’s heritage, authenticity and modern day glamour."

Katy Perry goes black and white for a GHD campaign ad.
In the pop star's latest ads for ghd, the British brand known for its hair-straightening and styling tools.
Perry was named GHD ambassador of March of 2011.
She has been in a number of colorful campaigns for the line since, channeling '70s Cher or playing a flapper.

But this latest set is a departure—and not just because of the hair color. 
Forgoing the psychedelic hues of campaigns past, Ellen von Unwerth captured the singer in black and white.
 "It was fun to go a more natural route after playing characters in my last ghd campaign," Perry said. "Ellen von Unwerth captured both the playful and chic looks amazingly well."

Congratulations to Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick on their baby girl princess Penelope Scotland Disick.
Already in the public eye just like her mommy and aunty Kardashians, Penelope has taken the front page of US Weekly this month.
(Proud big bro Mason happily posed with his adorable sis and beaming mom!)
"Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her," the new mom gushed to the mag.
Kourtney and Scott Disick welcomed baby Penelope exactly a month ago, on July 8, in Los Angeles. Since then, the babe has been keeping an inordinately low profile, just like her 33-year-old mama, leaving it to papa Scott and her big brother to be spotted around town.
I can't wait to see how Kourtney Kardashian will dress up her little fashionista in the making.
Now I might want to have a baby in TWOO years! :)

The slogan for the campaign is "Mix Well. Madewell," and she will star in the brand's fall ads and on the cover of its catalogue.
 She explains her style choices to People, "I know that because I wear so much color and print, I might not want to mix so many textures.
 I am also attentive to my body.
 I love the way some of the oversized, extremely exaggerated, boxy proportions look on some girls...but it just doesn’t work for me."
 Knowles has also been the front woman for Rimmel London, Armani, and Carol's Daughter.

Victoria Posh Beckham is launching Posh Eyewear.
Victoria Beckham is making headlines with the launch of her optical collection. 
The new line is quite posh, featuring six styles comprised of whispered horn, pearl-oyster interior lining, and 1950s-inspired colors. 
Plus, the glasses are being produced in Italy by Cutler and Gross. 
The frames run from $410 to $530 and will hit stores in January.
Looks like I know what my New Year frames will be.

Last year the brogue resurgence and the pajama revival in the fashion industry left a comfy yet trendy shoe on the market; THE BEDROOM SLIPPER!

Gap introduces their own $40 version, available in ponyskin, suede, wool, and even denim. Some pairs come with animals or keys embroidered on them; some come with polka dots and leopard prints. There are also solid colors that range from safe (black, brown, blue) to nuts (pink, red). 

I might have to go in the store and try on some before I order online. These slip-ons is what I need for when school starts for the semester. I want to be completely comfortable but yet still trendy!

Rihanna posted a picture on instagram, "Look who popped up in my Hometown BARBADOS #topnotch" as she was driving Winfrey.

Gwyneth sports a skin-tight black dress, loose blonde locks and a sultry smile in the ad campaign. The Gooptastic gal appears effortlessly sexy, while also wildly modern and feminine.
The famed fashionista will be appearing in TV, print and online campaigns for the fragrance, which is inspired by "the elegance and sensuality of the little black dress."
