"Ultimately she is someone who connects to the feeling and spirit of the collection."
This is the first time she has officially launched a bridal line.
"I wanted to be able to offer my customers a wedding dress option without custom making each and every one," she explained.
"Because of the requests from customers and friends, we began researching the market and saw that we could definitely fill a missing niche for ready-to-wear, affordable, and uniquely beautiful bohemian dresses."
And bohemian and affordable they are: The styles are all named after Greek, Roman, and Hindu goddesses, a nod to Hoffman's admiration for mythology, and the designs incorporate eye-catching embroidery, geometric cut-outs, and chiffon layers. Plus, the price point ranges from just $300 to $1,666.
"I think a lot of my girls aren’t really in the position to spend $5,000 and upward on a gown," Hoffman said.
"This is a way to give them something that’s super special at this price."
And she didn't have to compromise quality to get the price tag that low, either, explaining she was able to use luxe materials like silk by offering the styles directly through her website rather than by wholesale.
"We didn’t skimp on anything," she confirmed.
