The
campaign was inspired by the idea of "glamour under the sun," and to
Pierre Balmain that means the grand hotels founds in Nice and the French
Riviera, Les Bains Douches (a popular Parisian club in the '80s), and
French actress Jeanne Moreau's style in the 1963 film, La Baie des Anges.
To execute this vision, director Atelier Franck Durand posed models
Anna Selezneva and Bastiaan van Gaalan lounging poolside and walking
through luxe landscapes.
