It seems that Ms. Lohan is not bankable and marketable.
She spiraled out of control and her career is suffering.
If you are not careful about your actions you will pay the ultimate price.
Despite all of that; she looks high or drunk, but I like her outfit.
I would wear that, probably where it better than her.
But its nice, she just looks trashed!
