The 42-year old Grammy winner s expecting twins with hubby and manager René Angélil.

She has long struggled to become pregnant again.

After her sixth attempt at in vitro fertilization and accupuncture treatments to improve her chances of pregnancy, the My Heart Will Go On crooner discovered she was with child. 

Dion currently is 14 weeks along, and will find out the sex of the babies next month. 

"Angelil, 68, and Dion wed in 1994 and are parents to 9-year-old son René-Charles, who was also conceived through in vitro fertilization."
